The Modern Nouveau Collection by Fallene Wells
The Modern Nouveau Collection is a new line taking a modern approach to the 1920s era! A brand new endeavor by Fallene Wells of Project Runway Season 9 being produced in Denver, CO. All fabrics chosen for this collection are luxurious Herringbone, plaid and cashmere wools, custom printed silks, faux fur and velvet. The goal is to incorporate the luxurious fabrics, mixed prints and textures from the 20s while keeping the silhouette modern and figure flattering for today’s women. This project will also be a step forward for Denver’s fashion industry, local industry and design professionals will be hired to make the line a success!
I have reached my funding goal thanks to everyone that donated towards this project! I will be updating my blog frequently on the process of manufacturing the below pieces.
